Foresight News reported that Layer3, a distribution, identity, and incentive infrastructure, announced the launch of its Launchpad feature. The first project to be launched is Caldera. Users participating in the first phase of the Launchpad tasks will be eligible to receive Caldera airdrops and an additional incentive of $100,000.
