DAI L2 deployer private key leaked, posing security risks to contracts on Base and Polygon chains.

DeepChain TechFlow news, SlowMist founder Yu Xian issued a warning today, stating that the deployment private key of $DAI on the L2 network has been leaked, leading to the fact that some $DAI contract addresses on L2 networks are actually controlled by attackers.

Yu Xian pointed out that the $DAI contract addresses on Arbitrum and Optimism are still secure, however, the same addresses on the Base and Polygon networks have been confirmed as insecure.

Yu Xian reminds users that there may be other $DAI contracts on L2 networks that pose security risks, and extra caution should be taken when using them. He also emphasizes that the $DAI contracts on the Ethereum mainnet are still secure.
