NFT sales in August fell below 400 million US dollars, hitting a new low for the year.

Foresight News reports that according to CryptoSlam data, the monthly sales volume of NFTs in August was only 374 million USD, continuing its downward trend and hitting the lowest monthly sales volume since 2024. This marks the first time this year that the monthly sales volume of digital NFTs has fallen below 400 million USD. In August, the total number of NFT transactions was 7.30 million, a decrease of 31%. However, the average sales price of NFTs increased by 27%, rising from 39.93 USD to 50.74 USD.
