$SOON stated that the funds raised will be used to develop $SOON Stack and $SOON Mainnet, aiming to create the "highest throughput rollup technology stack, providing scalability and efficiency for decentralized applications and any Layer 1 blockchain." $SOON Stack is a modular framework that combines SVM and OP Stack, while $SOON Mainnet is a general SVM Layer 2 network settled on Ethereum.
