Foresight News reported that Vitalik Buterin, co-founder of Ethereum, responded to Matt Huang, co-founder of Paradigm, at Farcaster, saying, "I like dwr.eth (Dan Romero, co-founder of Farcaster) and these things, but I would rather hold off until we have end-to-end encryption. I also think that for the entire ecosystem to adopt it, it should be federated, so people using one messaging app should be able to talk to people using other messaging apps."
