However, Sorella Labs' co-founder and CEO Ludwig Thouvenin declined to comment on the structure, valuation, or whether any investors hold board seats at Sorella. Thouvenin co-founded Sorella Labs with Karthik Srinivasan in 2022, both of whom are college dropouts.
