Industry research firm Kaiko reported that Ethereum's Gas fees have recently dropped to the lowest level in five years. According to Etherscan's GasTracker, the average network fee on Ethereum Layer 1 is currently at 2.15 Gwei or only $0.13, the lowest level since 2019. Kaiko's report suggests that the fee reduction may impact the issuance of Ethereum and the amount consumed when using gas. If the supply no longer contracts, this could also have an impact on the price.
