Former Binance executive Hon Ng joins Bitget as Chief Legal Officer

DeepChain TechFlow News, on August 14th, Bitget announced the appointment of former Binance executive Hon Ng as Chief Legal Officer (CLO). Hon Ng will play a key role in leading the company's global business development, assisting Bitget in advancing global compliance operations and strategic expansion.

Hon Ng has over 20 years of legal experience and was recognized by the Financial Times as one of the top 20 legal leaders globally. Prior to joining Bitget, he served as General Counsel and Head of Government Affairs and Policy at Binance. Before that, he worked at Uber, helping the startup grow into a global tech giant and successfully go public. Before entering the tech industry, Hon Ng worked as a corporate and M&A lawyer at law firms Latham & Watkins, White & Case, and Herbert Smith Freehills.
