Bitfarms co-founder Nicolas Bonta resigns from the board of directors

Foresight News reported that Nicolas Bonta, co-founder of the Bitcoin mining company Bitfarms, announced his resignation from the board of directors. Ben Gagnon, the CEO, has been appointed as a board member, and Brian Howlett, the Chief Director, has been appointed as the new independent chairman of the board.
