The proposal plans to introduce a liquid staking token called stARB through the Tally protocol, incorporating DeFi and Restaking to achieve token staking rewards and compounding, while retaining holders' governance delegation. Development work is expected to commence in August, with a full ARB staking implementation proposal to be submitted by October. Upon approval of the proposal, $2 million worth of ARB tokens will be provided as development funds.
