Former CoinShares Chief Strategy Officer founded Crucible Capital and plans to launch two funds of 75 million US dollars each.

Wu learned that, according to Fortune, former CoinShares Chief Strategy Officer Meltem Demirors is launching her own venture capital firm, Crucible Capital (Demirors left CoinShares in January this year). Crucible Capital is raising funds for two separate funds, with expected sizes of 30 million and 45 million US dollars respectively. Demirors is listed as a managing member and general partner. Demirors has previously invested in custody company Anchorage, prediction platform Polymarket, and website naming service Unstoppable Domains.
