Cryptocurrency trading company Breakout has completed a $4.50 million seed round financing, led by RockawayX, with participation from Mechanism Capital, Round13 Capital, C² Ventures, and IOBC Capital. Breakout was co-founded by Alex Miningham, a partner at Ascensive Assets, and cryptocurrency influencer Dylan Loomer, and reportedly plans to use the new funds to expand into the Asia-Pacific and Latin American markets.
