According to the announcement of the Eclipse Foundation, the Eclipse mainnet is now open to developers. Eclipse is the first SVM L2 on Ethereum, combining the speed of Solana and the liquidity of Ethereum. The Eclipse Foundation invites developers to deploy dApps and participate in the Total Eclipse Challenge hackathon from August 7th to August 21st. The hackathon will feature five unique tracks: DeFi, gaming, consumption, Memecoin, and infrastructure, with a total prize pool of nearly 50 thousand US dollars. The Eclipse mainnet provides developers with a seamless deployment environment and fast technical support, allowing developers to access RPC and use CLI to bridge $ETH through documentation. In the future, Eclipse plans to transition to a higher stage mainnet and enable withdrawal functionality before opening to the public.
