Odaily Planet Daily News: Domestic AI large model company Baichuan Intelligence recently completed Series A financing, totaling 5 billion yuan, and will start Series B financing with a valuation of 20 billion yuan. Series A investors include top companies such as Alibaba, Xiaomi, Tencent, as well as state-owned institutions such as the Beijing Artificial Intelligence Industry Investment Fund. With last year's 2.50 billion yuan financing, Baichuan Intelligence has raised a total of 7.50 billion yuan, setting a record for the highest total financing amount in the domestic AI large model field. After this round of financing, Baichuan Intelligence has entered the 20 billion yuan valuation "first echelon," alongside companies like MiniMax, Dark Side of the Moon, and Zhipu AI.
