Foresight News reported that Dunamu, the parent company of the South Korean cryptocurrency exchange platform Upbit, announced the release of the first transparency report in the South Korean cryptocurrency industry to comply with the implementation of the South Korean Virtual Asset User Protection Act. In the report, Dunamu will restrict its employees and their immediate family members from selling and exchanging cryptocurrencies on Upbit to maintain the fairness of trading and enhance investor confidence. Additionally, Dunamu will establish the Upbit Market Observation System (UMO) to prevent price manipulation on Upbit. Furthermore, Dunamu plans to publish a transparency report on the Upbit website annually.
