SkyTrade, a blockchain-based global air rights market, has completed its pre-seed financing round led by Modular Capital and Portal Ventures, with participation from the Solana Foundation, Mercatus Center, and angel investors Santiago R Santos and Yano. SkyTrade is building the world's first air rights market, aiming to enable owners, real estate companies, and traders to monetize and trade air rights smoothly.
