PGP founder Paul Brigner joins Coinbase as the new head of the Institute.

Paul Brigner, the founder of the crypto advocacy platform Pretty Good Policy for Crypto (PGP), has announced that he has joined Coinbase as the head of the Coinbase Institute. Brigner will work under the leadership of Coinbase's Chief Policy Officer, Faryar Shirzad, while still continuing to lead certain operations at PGP. Additionally, Brigner has also joined the board of directors of the Bootstrap project at Electric Coin Co, where he previously served as the Vice President of Strategic Alliances and Head of Policy and Strategic Communications.
