Bittensor mainnet fully opens and upgrades to version 7.3.0, adding key features.

OpenTensor Foundation announced that the mainnet of the decentralized AI network Bittensor is now fully open and upgraded to version Bittensor7.3.0. The new version introduces consensus-weighted features that can be used in the 'master' branch. Additionally, a new btcli command option, check_coldkey_swap, allows users to check the remaining time before executing the scheduled coldkey swap on-chain or to see if it is in arbitration status.
