Tread.fi, an algorithmic encrypted trading platform founded by former Morgan Stanley employees, has completed a $3.50 million seed round financing. The funding was led by New Form Capital, with Aquanow, Varys Capital, GBV Capital, Thanefield Capital, and others participating. David Jeong, the founder and CEO of Tread.fi, stated that this financing round utilized a rolling Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE) structure, laying the foundation for the next round of financing in the first quarter of 2025.
