Bitwise has submitted a revised version of the S-1 filing, planning to list an Ethereum spot ETF on NYSE Arca.

Asset management company Bitwise has submitted a revised S-1 filing to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) with plans to list and trade a spot Ethereum ($ETH) ETF on NYSE Arca. The application includes a six-month fee waiver of up to $500 million. SEC Chairman Gary Gensler stated that the S-1 application may be approved in the summer, and Bitwise has submitted the filing before the deadline, with trading expected to commence after the U.S. Independence Day holiday.
