Memecoin trading protocol Wasabi completes $3 million in funding, led by Electric Capital

Memecoin and NFT leverage trading protocol Wasabi has completed a $3 million financing round led by Electric Capital. This round of financing also includes participation from Alliance, Memeland, Spencer Ventures, Pudgy Penguins CEO Luca Netz, Magic Eden co-founder Zhouxun Yin, angel investor Santiago Santos, and Crypto Twitter personalities Cygaar, Zagabond, DCF God, and Bob Loukas. Wasabi plans to use this funding to expand its team from the current 6 members to 10.
