Graph Foundation completes the Sunrise program, The Graph achieves full decentralization

The Graph Foundation has completed $the Sunrise program, achieving $the transition of The Graph protocol to a fully decentralized data layer. $The Sunrise program is divided into three stages, enabling subgraphs to upgrade from centralized hosting services to a globally distributed network. This network is composed of token-incentivized individuals and independent companies responsible for data indexing. Since 2018, The Graph has been using subgraph technology to index Ethereum and has expanded to over 55 blockchains, including Optimism, Base, Arbitrum, Avalanche, $NEAR, and Cosmos.
