The survey required participants to undergo real identity verification. Dissatisfied users are mainly frequent users of the ZKsync Lite network or Argent wallet users, who believe that there are issues with the airdrop verification process. Furthermore, user dissatisfaction is not related to the high level of bot activity on the X platform.
