CMT Digital raises $150 million for its fourth fund

Risk investment firm CMT Digital is raising its fourth fund with a target of $150 million. The fundraising is led by Managing Director of Capital Formation, Gerald Brant, who previously held the same position at BlockTower Capital and Pantera Capital.
