Participating investors include Lightspeed Venture Partners, a16z, Nvidia, Samsung Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, Belfius, Bessemer Venture Partners, BNP Paribas, Bpifrance, Cisco, Eurazeo, Headline, Hana Financial Group Risk Management Fund, IBM, Korelya Capital, Latitude, Millennium New Horizons, Sanabil Investments, ServiceNow, and SV Angel. Mistral AI, founded by former researchers from DeepMind and Meta, focuses on developing generative artificial intelligence infrastructure, competing with OpenAI and Google. In December last year, the company raised €385 million, reaching a valuation of $20 billion.
