Cosmos Hub chain was interrupted for nearly 4 hours due to a security vulnerability, but has now been restored.

During the V17 upgrade, the Cosmos Hub chain experienced a nearly 4-hour interruption due to a security vulnerability in the Liquid Staking Module (LSM). After most validators applied the patch to fix the issue, the problem was resolved, and the Cosmos Hub resumed block production.
