Former CFTC Chairman J. Christopher Giancarlo Joins PAXOS Board of Directors

Stablecoin issuer PAXOS announced that J. CHRISTOPHER GIANCARLO, former chairman of the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), has joined its board of directors. GIANCARLO said in a statement: "It is an honor to join the PAXOS board of directors and be part of innovation in the financial sector." Previously, GIANCARLO wrote the book "CRYPTODAD: THE FIGHT FOR THE FUTURE OF MONEY" and launched the Digital Dollar Project to explore the possibility of a U.S. central bank digital currency (CBDC).
