Crypto wallet provider EXODUS postpones listing on NYSE AMERICAN due to US SEC review
ODAILY Planet Daily News Crypto wallet provider EXODUS MOVEMENT announced on Wednesday evening that the company will not be listed on NYSE AMERICAN, the sister market of the New York Stock Exchange, as planned on Thursday. The New York Stock Exchange American Company informed EXODUS on Wednesday that the US SEC staff is still reviewing EXODUS's registration statement. EXODUS said that the statement was effective at the end of April.
EXODUS said in a press release on Wednesday that "once the US SEC staff completes its review of the registration statement, the company may reconsider listing on a national securities exchange at a future date."
JP RICHARDSON, CEO of EXODUS, said: "We are surprised and confused by this last-minute decision (by the SEC). We still hope that the US SEC will fulfill its promise and treat us in accordance with the law. EXODUS has been completely transparent and responsive throughout the process, and we hope that this matter will be resolved quickly." (COINDESK)
