Reddio, supported by Paradigm and Tiger Cub Fund, Arena Holdings, has made its Layer 2 (L2) and Layer 3 (L3) appchain sequencer framework, Itachi, open source. This move is part of Reddio's commitment to community-driven innovation and transparency. Itachi, developed on the modular Yu framework and written in Golang, offers flexibility and customization for developers. It has been endorsed by industry leaders, including Eli Ben-Sasson, CEO of Starkware. Gaming and DEX companies are currently testing Itachi for their appchain launches. The source code for Itachi is now available, and the first Itachi powered ZKVM Layer 2 is on testnet, inviting developers worldwide to test, contribute, and extend its capabilities. Reddio invites developers to explore Itachi’s capabilities and contribute to its growth, with governance plans to be announced soon.
