HUMA FINANCE, a real-world asset tokenization platform, has merged with ARF, a liquidity and settlement platform focused on cross-border payments, to become part of the newly formed 00 HOLDINGS INC. This merger aims to drive the adoption of asset digitization by integrating asset digitization and cross-border payments into one full-stack platform. The merged company will operate independently under its existing name and brand, with an expected annual transaction volume of $30 billion through the monthly liquidity demand of $5 billion from its partners. The merger has received support from venture capitalists of both companies.
