RAILGUN has responded to accusations that its platform was used for money laundering by the North Korean hacker group LAZARUS GROUP, stating that the organization has been blocked by its system. RAILGUN issued a statement on social media platform X, refuting these accusations and pointing out that the North Korean hacker group was blocked by its "PRIVATE PROOFS OF INNOCENCE" system over a year ago. Previously, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) stated in a report in January 2023 that on January 13, 2023, LAZARUS GROUP used RAILGUN to launder over $60 million worth of ETH stolen in June 2022.
