The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission has once again extended the suspension of the license for FTX (EU) Limited, now lasting until September 30, 2024. The license for FTX's European unit was initially suspended in November 2022, and the regulatory authority has since extended the suspension multiple times. Despite FTX EU being in bankruptcy proceedings, the Cyprus regulatory notice states that as long as the license is suspended, the exchange cannot provide investment services, conduct business transactions, or accept new clients.
