Adeniyi stated that 2024 will be a breakthrough year for Web3 games, where the distinction between "Web3 games" and "games" will gradually blur. Game adoption is crucial for the widespread use of Web3 and will bring billions of users to Sui. These new players, after obtaining game tokens, will gradually engage in various DeFi activities such as swapping and staking.

Sui's outstanding performance includes zero security incidents, 100% online availability, 297,000 TPS, AWS-like support for elastic scaling, 450 milliseconds end-to-end latency in the test environment, and lower gas fees compared to other chains (minting 100,000 NFTs costs approximately $430). Additionally, Sui supports dynamic NFTs and Nestable NFTs, providing a seamless gaming experience through technologies like zkLogin, aiming to become the preferred underlying public chain for game developers.

During the event, Adeniyi unveiled SuiPlayOX1, the first Web3 game console supported by Sui. It integrates Sui at the OS level, supports games on Sui as well as Web2 games, and can seamlessly bridge other ecosystem assets.
