Former executives and founders of FTX, a cryptocurrency exchange, have reached a settlement of nearly $1.36 million with a collective group of former investors in a class-action lawsuit. The settlement involves FTX co-founder Zixiao "Gary" Wang, former engineering director Nishad Singh, and former CEO of Alameda Research, Caroline Ellison, who have agreed to cooperate and provide information to resolve the claims against them. Additionally, settlements have been reached with seven other individuals involved, as well as former FTX Chief Regulatory Officer and FTX.US Chief Compliance Officer Daniel Friedberg.
