The encryption compliance platform KEYRING has completed a $6 million seed round of financing to expand its on-chain compliance platform. The round was led by GUMI CRYPTOS CAPITAL and GREENFIELD CAPITAL, with participation from MOTIER VENTURES and KIMA VENTURES. KEYRING aims to help financial institutions and investors interact with decentralized finance (DEFI) platforms in a compliant manner, by restricting counterpart addresses and using zero-knowledge (ZK) proof technology to protect privacy and sensitive data.
