Push Protocol is a decentralized notification protocol that enables any smart contracts, dApps, or traditional servers to send notifications linked to the wallet addresses of a user in a platform-agnostic way (i.e., notifications can be integrated and displayed on any crypto wallet, mobile app, extension, or dApp). Push Protocol is creating the native Web3 communication protocol to enable users to communicate with each other on-chain.

Push Protocol is creating the native Web3 communication protocol to enable users to communicate with each other on-chain.
The communication protocol of web3 is called the Push Protocol, formerly known as the Ethereum Push Notification Service or EPNS. Push protocol provides open, gasless, and platform independent cross-chain alerts and communications for wallets, decentralized applications (dapps), and services linked to wallet addresses. Any cryptocurrency wallet or frontend may connect to the network and communicate via the open communication layer.
Push is now the default communication layer for web3 after powering over 17 million decentralized alerts to more than 60,000 members since its introduction in January 2022.
