Wei Cao is the Managing Director at Lanchi Ventures. Joined Lanchi Venture Capital in 2010 and is based in Beijing. Focusing on early-stage investments in the field of hard technology, he has led investments in early-stage projects such as Shuidi Company (NYSE: WDH), Gaoxian Robotics, Youai Zhihe, Liangliang Vision, NoLo VR, and Chengtian Technology. Before joining Lanchi Venture Capital, Cao Wei served as the China market investment director of Japan's Daiwa Securities Enterprise Investment, responsible for assisting the fund's localization process, new investments and post-investment management in China. Previously, Cao Wei was an early team member of China Renaissance.
