Stephen Lo is Chief Financial Officer of Prenetics. Responsible for the company's financial operations, accounting and reporting, treasury management, financial and tax planning and analysis, and investor relations. He worked in Citigroup's Asia Pacific investment banking team from 2014 to 2018, where he was responsible for transactions including initial public offerings, placements, debt issuances and cross-border mergers and acquisitions in Asia and the United States. He was a former auditor at Ernst & Young. He holds an MBA from Yale School of Management, an MS in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a BA in Accounting from Hong Kong Baptist University. He is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
