Before that, he was head of strategy at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Before that, he helped build Japan's largest independent hedge fund. Before that, he was a lawyer for Wall Street law firm Skadden, Arps. Samir graduated from Oxford University in 2000 with an MA and BA. Then went on to Columbia Law School for his LLM.
