Ryan Rugg is Head of Digital Assets TTS at Citibank, and was previously Head of Blockchain Services for the U.S. region at IBM. She has also served as Global Head of Industry at R3 and as an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley. She is a graduate of George Washington University.
