Rachel Mayer is ARC's vice president of products, Circle's vice president of products, and was previously the founder and CEO of Trigger Finance (acquired by Circle), and JPMorgan Trading Assistant. She graduated from Mathematics at MIT and Computer Science at Cornell University.
