Pavel Berengoltz is the Vice President of Research and Development and Co-Founder of Fireblocks. Before joining Fireblocks, he was the Director of Mobile Solutions at Check Point Software Technologies, where he was responsible for the development of new and innovative cybersecurity solutions that allow businesses and individuals to safely use their mobile devices. Before that, he was the Director of Research at Lacoon Mobile Security, which was acquired by Check Point in April 2015. Before that, Pavel worked as the Vice President of Research and Development at Wave Systems' Safend Subsidiary, where he led research and development, quality assurance, and product management of the Safend flagship products.
