Matt Shams is the CEO of Blockswap Labs, which provides permissionless infrastructure for multi-chain Web3 and liquid re-staking. Previously, he was the CEO of Woolah and Division Head of Contracts at FINASI - Gargash Group. Matt holds an MBA from The University of Manchester, a BBA from the University of Madras, and an Advanced Diploma in Software Engineering from Aptech Education.
