Mandeep is the Chief Compliance and Risk Officer at Circle. He previously held the role of Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Enterprise Risk Management at Facebook. Mandeep is responsible for leading Circle's compliance and risk management globally. He has held senior leadership roles in global compliance and enterprise risk management at financial services/fintech companies such as PayPal, LendUp, and State Street. Most recently, Mandeep was the Chief Compliance Officer/Head of Enterprise Risk at Novi, Facebook's digital wallet business.
