Jun Liu is GAIB Chief Technology Officer, formerly co-founder and researcher of Pelith, technical director of Blizzard Fund, vice president and technical partner of Sora Ventures. He holds a bachelor's degree in computer science and information engineering and electrical engineering from National Taiwan University and a doctorate in philosophy from Cornell University.
