Jim Nygaard is the Chief Financial Officer of Core Scientific and has worked at XMS Capital Partners and Morgan Stanley. He has more than 20 years of investment banking experience and has completed a number of strategic transactions, financings and corporate finance advisory assignments for a variety of clients across multiple industry sectors. He has a B.A. in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
