Jieli (Jerry) Li is the founder and CEO of Artela. He was previously the chief architect of Ant Chain and the vice president of product development at Mobike. He holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Tsinghua University and a master's degree in electrical engineering from Dartmouth College.
