Igor Barinov is the founder and CEO of Blockscout and was previously the Chief Technology Officer of POA Network. Igor Barinov is an award-winning blockchain expert known for pioneering developments in interoperability, proof of stake consensuses, federated blockchains, tooling for EVM. Igor devotes his time to innovating around scalability and making open networks more affordable for users. Igor graduated from Russian State Technological University with a degree in Material Science, studied Computer Science at Lomonosov Moscow State University, and attended in-class courses at the University of San Franciso.
