Gary Coover is the co-founder and COO of SuperLayer. Before joining SuperLayer, he spent nine years at Samsung Next, the software and services innovation arm of Samsung Electronics, where he launched and scaled new investment vehicles and startup ecosystems globally, and served as the Ventures Operating Managing Director and Silicon Valley GM. he is also an active angel investor, startup advisor, and non-profit board member/advisor for the LT Murray Foundation, and HBM Oncology Foundation. He hold an MBA in Strategy from UC Berkeley - Haas School of Business and previously co-founded an ecommerce startup that was acquired in 2017.
