Danny Toe is the founder and chairman of ICH Group, the holding company of ADDX. Under his leadership, ICH Group has advised and invested in the initial public offerings of numerous large Chinese private companies in Singapore. In 2017, he established ADDX with the aim of fostering fairer and more accessible financial and private capital markets.
